We do not offer any returns due to hygienic reasons. Once the cigars leave the warehouse or retail store, we cannot guarantee their sanitary and quality condition anymore.
Before we ship out any cigar orders, we will thoroughly inspect each and every cigar to ensure the quality and condition is ideal. Our quality control process involves carefully checking the appearance, construction, and overall state of the cigars to meet our high standards.

Please contact us and tell us the item you want to return and the reason for the return. Once we approve the reason for return, please ship the item back to us within 14 days.
